Municipal Court is held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. The Honorable Gabriel Bradford presides over court and Kris and Anna Bolden serve as prosecutors. Information about pending cases may be discussed by calling the department during normal business hours and speaking to the Clerk of Court, Dawn Farris or Deputy Clerk, Abby Ginn.

 

Please allow a minimum of 2 business days before inquiring about your fine. We will not give fine amounts for citations that have not been entered into our court system. You may find out your fine amount by accessing our website www.ezcourtpay.com or by calling City Hall at 706-367-5500 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. You may pay with cash (no coins), cashier’s check, money order or debit/credit card (online – www.ezcourtpay.com only). We do not accept debit/credit card payments in person or by phone, only online. We do not accept personal checks or business checks. Make cashier’s check or money order out to Arcade Municipal Court. Payment address is on the back of your citation.

 

  

RULES FOR COURT: Court starts at 5:00 p.m. Please be on time. Children are not allowed in the courtroom. Visitors are not allowed in the courtroom (parents, friends, etc.). Only the defendant and attorneys are allowed in the courtroom. All others must wait in the lobby which has minimal space. Food and drink are not allowed in the courtroom. Please refrain from talking. Cell phones must be turned off. You will generally be seen in the order that you appear and sign in at the front window.

DIRECTIONS TO COURT/CITY HALL

From Athens, take Hwy. 129 north approximately 12 miles. At the first traffic light in Arcade city limits, take a right and an immediate right into our parking lot. We are across from the Shell Station.

From I-85, take exit 137. Turn south (towards Athens) off of the exit ramp and go to 4th traffic light (approximately 7 miles). 3rd light is Hwy. 11. At 4th light, take a left and an immediate right into our parking lot. We are across from the Shell Station.

We do not recommend using MapQuest, etc.
